$750,000 for Forklift Injury
David Marks represented a gentleman who was employed by a local grocery store in the recycling department. During the course of stacking and moving cardboard from the store to the receiving platform, the employee of another business knocked over a pallet and knocked our client off of the loading dock. He landed on his head, fracturing parts of his spine and suffering a traumatic brain injury. This case settled after we were victorious against the Defendant’s plea in bar that our claim should be precluded based on worker’s compensation laws.
