Our Criminal Defense Lawyer
While we serve you in courts all across Virginia, our office is steps from the Fairfax County Courthouse. In fact, our criminal defense lawyer, Erik Jurgensen, became an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney (state prosecutor) for Fairfax County. In this role, he prosecuted DUI, Reckless Driving, Assault and Battery, and Drug Possession cases each and every day. There is little that Mr. Jurgensen has not seen enabling him to help clients negotiate the confusing maze of criminal / traffic court prosecution. He knows how prosecutors think and work offering your case the perspective and expertise of a former state prosecutor with decades of experience.
